Here I am trying to explain how me made the groups basically following the Babel Model. When you left [from] the room everybody started to turn around the tables looking for the profiles of the other persons.
I found THIS not particularly useful so I suggested WRITING down a list of all the profiles. After that i started to ask profile by profile who had chosen thESE and the order of preference. At the end of this operation we got a list of every profile with its suitable PEOPLE.
THEN we started to divide people from the category that was having less suitable PEOPLE: the coordinator. We were only three persons suitable for that: me, DOHA and mehdi; one per group. FROM THIS, WE obtained a little base to build the groups.
From that point we started to look for every person who was wishing most to suit a profile by the grade of preference.
Doing THIS, we had 3 groups made dividing ,for first, womEN and thEN people from different nationalitIES. It wasn't possible only in the group with 4 people where the are two Iranian people.
I kept on filling the scheme of the groups by the grade of preference people said about the profiles, but THEN Mehdi preferred to do that choosing from the beginning the profiles in every group.
Personally I found THIS NOT PARTICULARLY USEFUL because before, not knowing about the preferences of other person, everyONE had been honest with THEMSELVES, about THEIR OWN skills: deciding all together, people started to challEnge particular profiles and , if before the list was quite ended, after people didn't find a good agreement. To demonstrate this I kept the individual preferences of everyone and we can see that the groups were mostly done but starting to challenge about the profiles, not thinking about the cHararateristic of everyone, people didn't find an agreement.
